Construction Project Coordinator

As the Project Coordinator, you will play an essential role in supporting the Project Management team in the planning, coordination, and execution of custom home projects. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who excels in managing schedules, communications, and project documentation while ensuring projects run smoothly and on time.

Position:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 3 years of project coordination or construction administration experience, ideally in high-end residential construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experince with estimating, selections, drawing plans, and overseeing decisions releveant to materials-interior and exterior
