Well Care Health is expanding our Therapy team and we are seeking a dynamic Physical Therapy Assistant to provide care to patients in Lee County! and surrounding areas!

The Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) uses an individualized patient care plan to provide top quality care to all of our patients; keeping them Happy, Healthy and at Home. We are seeking a passionate PTA for our weekday team in Harnett County and surrounding areas.

This position is Full-Time Monday- Friday 8am-5pm. No on call responsibilities! Full benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with matching, and immediate PTO accrual.

Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) visits 6-7 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled therapy services. This position is primarily responsible for the initial assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes. Duties include but not limited to, assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing and evaluating patients according to the patient's age and diagnosis.

Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) with strong assessment, skilled therapy and documentation skills are strongly encouraged to apply!

Must be able to check your email intermittently during the week to respond to documentation requests.

We are 100% EMR and clinicians document in the patients' homes with company-issued laptops. PTAs must be okay with traveling throughout the service area!
