- Full Time Job Description:
- Provide second-tier support to end-users for PC, servers and hardware. - Interact with network services, software systems and applications to identify and restore services. - Respond to telephone calls, emails and personnel requests for technical support.
- Document, track and monitor problems to ensure a timely resolution.
- Provide support to end users focusing on operations, hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Communicate with customers to provide status, feedback, or general information regarding their request or inquiry for service. Experience and Skills:
- Minimum (2) years of experience in IT customer support.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, products, and hardware/software troubleshooting techniques.
- Comfortable working with technology and applications.
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
- Good problem diagnosis and resolution skills. Education, Certifications, and Clearance:
- Bachelors of Science or Bachelors of Art
- Req. certification(s): Current DoD 8570.01-M, DoD IAT Level II
- Active Secret clearance
- Must be a US Citizen and pass a background check.
