We provide specialized solutions to agencies of the US Intelligence Community, military Special Operations Forces, and other national security partners. Our Advisory practice executes customers' intelligence and advanced research missions globally, while our Training practice delivers cutting edge tradecraft training to select organizations. Job Purpose: The Program Manager will oversee the execution of all training development and operational support of Department of Defense (DoD) client. The Program Manager will also service as the primary point-of-contact between the company and all government stakeholders. Key Duties & Responsibilities > Manage all aspects of contract execution to ensure compliance with Performance of Work Statement (PWS) requirements.
A minimum of 10 years of leadership and program management experience supporting DoD programs, with specific experience in training development and operational support.
Proven ability to manage large-scale government contracts, including personnel management, resource allocation, and fiscal oversight.
Strong understanding of Joint Interoperability and Data Link operations.
Current US Government SECRET security clearance. Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET.
Willingness to work on-site in the Fayetteville, NC area. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Tactical Data Links (TDL) systems, JICO training, or related military systems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are a must.
Highly motivated, self-starter with demonstrated ability to spot new opportunities and spearhead new initiatives.
A friendly and collaborative attitude; ability to work well independently and in groups with minimal supervision; ability to navigate ambiguity, embrace client oversight at all levels, and balance competing demands.
