Responsibilities

  • Account Ownership & Upselling
    You'll own key client relationships, ensuring satisfaction while constantly looking for ways to upsell and cross-sell. No babysitting accountsthis is about making things happen and adding value.
  • Drive Revenue & Strategic Growth
    You're here to make money, for both the company and yourself. Develop and execute strategies to hit and exceed your revenue targets. You're not just checking boxesyou're maximizing profitability at every turn.
  • Lead Generation & Closing
    You must be a relentless deal-closer. Find new business, chase leads, and turn them into long-term, profitable relationships. If you're afraid of the word "no," this isn't the job for you.
  • Relationship Mastery
    Build strong, meaningful client connections that position you as their go-to advisor. You should be the person they can't do business without.
  • Fabric Expertise
    Immerse yourself in our fabric lines, conducting in-depth research to guide interior designers and upholsterers to the best solutions.
  • Technology Savvy
    Master our ERP system (FACTS) and essential tools to streamline order processing and customer management.
  • Team Collaboration
    Work with our team to maximize every sales opportunity and drive the company's overall objectives forward. We win as a team.



Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Proven track record in sales with a focus on account management, meeting/exceeding revenue goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Google Docs/Sheets.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to make bold, confident decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and time managementno one will be holding your hand.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and embraces change and feedback.
  • Textile or interior design/upholstery knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
