Nucleus Healthcare is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to join a devoted treatment care organization in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Job Title: BCBA

Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year depending on experience

Location: Greensboro, North Carolina

Job Description:
Provide individual and group training to educational staff, behaviorists, administrators, and parents on behavior change techniques.
Offer expert guidance in behavior modification for complex cases involving students with disabilities.
Collaborate as a consultant with school and agency personnel to promote best practices in behavior management.
Conduct and support Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Behavior Analyses (FBA).
Develop and implement Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSP) for students exhibiting challenging behaviors.
Ensure fidelity in the implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to the development of behavior goals and interventions.
Ensure services and documents align with best practices within ABA and are consistent with research-validated methods and PDE-supported procedures.
Offer expertise and mentorship to educational staff on behavior intervention strategies and positive behavior supports.

Requirements:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification in NC
Drivers License
