Job description



Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.

Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.

Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.

Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.

Perform operator duties as required.

Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
