Urgent Care NP/PA opening in Fayetteville, NC- Located in Fayetteville, NC- Full Time; Permanent- Employed- Join an ever-expanding and progressive health system committed to providing quality services- Three 12-hour shifts per week. - Contemporary multispecialty medical office building with imaging and diagnostic testing on-site. - Well established clinic and support staff. - Comprehensive compensation and benefits package: - Competitive base salary + quality and productivity incentives - 501(c)(3) status provides eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) - Annual time off - Health, life, and disability benefits - 2 retirement savings plans 401a, 403b with match - CME allowance, reimbursement for DEA and licensure - Wellbeing resources - Complimentary fitness center membership - Parental leave - Paid malpractice with tail coverage - Relocation stipend Qualifications:- PA must be a graduate of an AMA approved Physician Assistant program and have NCCPA certification.- NP must be a graduate of a nurse practitioner education program and have national certification.- A minimum of 2 years of experience treating all ages in an urgent care/Emergency Medicine setting is required, 3+ years of experience is highly desired.- Must be able to exercise a high degree of initiative, judgment, and discretion in decision making.- Clean background, unrestricted NC PA/NP license, NC DEA, AHA BLS certification, and DOT certification required.
