The Program Manager & Data Analyst (PMDA) will provide 1st SFC (A) with Subject Matter Expert (SME) support for LREC Advanced Language Training program by applying measurement, test data analysis, materials support, input and query the Special Operations Foreign Language Office (SOFLO) and Language Operations (LANGOPS) database to assess and analyze language training database statistics; thereby enhancing the effectiveness of the unit Language Training Program. The Analyst will collect and synchronize all data and databases from subordinate units for the purpose of conducting consolidated analysis and compiling required reports. The Analyst will develop new and improve current procedures as needed. The Analyst contractor shall be responsible for managing all paperwork and procedures to assist the unit change Control Languages for applicable SOF personnel through Service processes. Primary Duties & Responsibilities The Analyst shall provide support to the 1st SFC (A) foreign language training program and analyze data. Support shall consist of, but is not limited to, the following general responsibilities:
Assist in the management of their units Advance Language Training to include but not limited to Live Environment Training (LET) and Operational Language Exchange (OLE)
Manage, create, and coordinate the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS) for Soldiers attending LETs and OLEs
Familiar and have an understanding of the Electronic Foreign Clearance Guide as it applies to APACS country and theater clearance
Familiar with the CONOP Process for LETs and OLEs IAW 1st SFC(A) Regulation 350-1
Assist the CSU(s) with OCONUS tutor requests in support of Advance Language Training (ALT)
Assist Soldiers with University Program registration impart of the Defense Language and National Security Education Office (DLNSEO)
Compile post Oral Proficiency Interview (OPI) ratings following ALT participation Assess and analyze the SOFLO and LANGOPS databases statistics to enhance the effectiveness of their unit LREC Training Program
Compile data and enter DA Form 330 into the SOFLO Database which is used to track and manage all proficiency levels for their unit
Understand and apply all relevant Service and local policies that effect language testing. Draft changes to policy to better support 1st SFC (A)
Draft and review documentation, provide recommendations, and corrections on all 1st SFC (A) language related administrative material
Compile data as required, prepare reports, and create presentations suitable for senior audiences (military grades O5 to O6). The contractor shall be proficient with data entry and database maintenance, MS Office applications, and local area networks

Function as an OPI and Test proctor as needed Collect and synchronize all data and databases from subordinate commands and seamlessly work with senior-level Program Manager & Data Analyst
Manage paperwork and procedures to assist 1st SFC (A) to change Control Languages (CLANGs) for all assigned Special Forces, Civil Affairs, and Psychological Operations Soldiers through Human Resources Command (HRC)
Function as the Site Lead
Coordinate sustainment enhancement training (SET)
Provide input for LangOps database
Manage Sustainment Enhance Training (SET) Language Cycles And any other LREC task that the Government Representative deems necessary Minimum Qualifications The Analyst shall have graduated high school or possess a GED or 5 years' experience managing DOD LREC programs
At least 2 years' experience working personnel issues
Proficient in the use of all current Microsoft Office applications and SharePoint
Experience performing tasks listed above
US Citizenship Required
Secret Clearance Required Desired Qualifications Ability to interact on a professional level with administration, faculty, Soldiers, and all personnel.

Travel CONUS travel might be required to conduct LREC testing.
