We seek an experienced, self-starting Network Engineerto serve as a part of the Company's team that supports PEO Soldier. Duties and Responsibilities: As an ACI Network Engine er, you will have opportunities to interface with senior level customers, Warfighters, and leadership while performing the following functions: Work with a team of Engineers to architect and deliver AWS and AZURE solutions. Perform migration, modernization of custom developed applications, products to an enterprise cloud environment, including product CI/CD pipelines. Work with the customer to integrate PaaS cloud architectures into their existing environment and edge architectures. Work with the Software Engineers to ensure that the architecture will meet requirements of the proposed applications. Provide support for troubleshooting and administration. Ensure security compliance in deployed architectures. Conduct audits of customer current architecture solutions and recommend changes as needed to meet requirements. Provide expertise in high availability, contingency planning, and automated provisioning. Support and advise customer on cloud initiatives including assessment, migration and modernization. Honest: knows what's right, what's legal, what's appropriate; acts accordingly. Required Qualifications: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance. Associates degree with 12 years of relevant experience or, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline and five (5) years of relevant experience. Security+ certification or obtain within 90 days of employment. Certified AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Fundamentals within 90 days of employment. 2+ years' AWS/AZURE experience in a solutions delivery or administrative role. 2+ years' experience with cloud frameworks, services, and technologies. Familiar with cloud service delivery models. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience working with stakeholders and development teams. Strong communication skills, both orally and in writing to convey IT and cloud technologies. Experience developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical documentation. Ability to travel to customer locations and supporting customer engagement locations. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years' experience working within a DevSecOps/DevOps environment, utilizing AWS or AZURE services, solutions, and provisioning/automating infrastructure, services, and tools in a DoD environment. Certified Architecture Associate for AWS or AZURE. Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Ansible automation. Ability to work within a collaborative, geographically dispersed team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
