Job Description Operations Analyst (Level II - Senior Advisor)Location: Fort Liberty, NCRequired Clearance: Top Secret with SCI level accessOperations Analyst compiles information to help make decisions regarding our customer's strategy. Chosen individual should have experience with regards to military actions/strategies/operations.Analysts may work in the field interpreting data regarding operations related to mission. Or they may evaluate broader military processes using a consultative approach. Responsibilities may include researching and modeling customer's performance and operations; developing analytical methods and tools to facilitate analyses; executing trade studies; performing data analytics & statistical analysis; and developing effective presentations that succinctly communicate results and findings.Provides advanced analytical and technical support to projects involving training, tactical/operational documentation, military systems design or other efforts requiring military operations expertise.Researches, identifies, and makes recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion.Gathers, processes, and analyzes operational data.Assists with the testing and development of new systems or updates to existing systems to meet client needs.Identifies and recommends emergent relevant technologies that may result in improvements to current processes.Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies and subject areas.Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.May provide guidance and work leadership to less-experienced analysts.May serve as a mentor to less experienced analysts.May serve as team or task lead. (Not a people manager)Advanced knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in supporting military operations.
Advanced knowledge of relevant technology and equipment.
Specific certifications or military education/training may be required, depending on job assignment.
