AOC/IOC-AS Instructor/Content Developer This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance. Cherokee Analytics is seeking an AOC/IOC All Source Instructor/Content Developer to support INSCOM. The AOC/IOC-AS Instructor/Content Developer Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. The Instructor/Content Developer provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). The Instructor/Content Developer reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. The AOC/IOC AS Instructor/Content Developer also develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government. AOC/IOC-AS Instructor/Content Developer Responsibilities Include: Conducts analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. Provides all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements. Conduct close coordination with the IOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOC-AS course changes and updates; Responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-AS. Manage the hands on, day-to-day accountability of IOC-AS courses instruction and delivery. Create course content based on AOC-AS Course Manager and Working Group inputs. Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Synchronize input from the AOC-AS Course Manager and All Source Working Group members. Work directly with the AOC-AS Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members to assess current and future course material. Assist in the development, execution, updates, and continual evolution of the IOC-AS training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies and AAR reviews. Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all IOC-AS courses. Coordinate and facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise. Support exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations (requires travel to external customer/military sites), video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active learning environments. AOC/IOC-AS Instructor/Content Developer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Minimum 8 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years Minimum of eight (8) years of experience as an MOS 35F (All-Source Analyst) DCGS-A or DIS All-Source Analyst or equivalent experience as an All-Source Analyst on DCGS-A or DIS spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons Minimum of 2 years as an instructor on the DCGS-A or DIS system. Graduate of the Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC) or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e., NGA College, NSA ADET, etc.). Proficiency in DCGS-A or DIS software applications. Preferred: Bachelor's degree Must attend and graduate DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 months Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the Instructor/Developer role Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
