Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and analytical leader to join our team as a Patient Access Manager. This candidate should have a strong background in leadership and a commitment to excellence in patient access services.

Provide organizational leadership and management for day-to-day call center operations.

Ensure that all activities within the patient access center are properly coordinated, monitored, tracked, and resolved.

Maintain commitment to company quality standards.

Build relationships and partner with stakeholders in the patient access center and across the functional areas to improve service delivery.

Selected Responsibilities:

Responsible for collecting and analyzing patient access & call center statistics and daily monitoring of key performance indicators

Provides leadership for onboarding new locations into call center operations and ensuring ongoing success for the patient and provider access center experience

Serve as a liaison with internal and external teams to proactively identify strategies, support, and resources to help team members deliver optimal call center customer service

Proactively identify and successfully execute process improvement efforts related to patient access operations

Support in the development and implementation of related policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency

Monitor and ensure compliance with any relevant regulations, standards, and guidelines

Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree, 2+ years of call center experience, and 1+ years of leadership experience.
