Description

As a Senior Superintendent - Top ENR GC - Charlotte, your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing substantial multifamily and commercial construction projects to successful completion.
• Overseeing daily site operations, ensuring effective coordination with subcontractors to adhere to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Proactively addressing design deficiencies, schedule issues, and other project-related challenges.
• Gaining a thorough understanding of the Prime Contract, all subcontracts, project drawings, and specifications.
• Implementing and upholding stringent safety protocols to meet or exceed OSHA standards.
• Keeping precise documentation throughout the project, including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal logs.
• Maintaining daily communication with owners, tenant representatives, construction managers, and project coordinators to ensure project goals are met.

Profile

The ideal Senior Superintendent - Top ENR GC - Charlotte will have:

• Over 7 years of Superintendent experience, with a strong track record on multifamily or commercial projects valued at $30-$50M+.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale projects and leading site operations effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and manage project teams.
