Job Title: Project Manager ( Cyber Risk Programs )
Location(s): Charlotte, NC
The Telecommunication Cyber Risk Programs (CRP) Project Manager, is a team resource assigned to support the CRP delivery team and to provide the project management of CRP engagements (activities and report tracking, meeting notes, engagement tracking, project progress, and utilizing of resources) in accordance with the Telecommunication Cyber Risk Programs services.
The Project Manager has a project management background and college degree typically focused in project management, networking, network/cyber/information systems, financial tracking, risk assessments, governance, or risk compliance.
The Project Manager must also possess oral and written communication skills to be able to articulate and communicate project status and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to the appropriate target audience. Department/Team: Cyber Risk Programs Travel Requirements: 0-10% Shift Requirements: Typically day shift, some onsite or customer specific work may be required on Weekend & Outside normal business hours Reports To: Cyber Risk Programs Project Manager Principal/Team Lead, Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director Requirements

Preferred Skills:
Hands on experience with project management tools, (such as Clarity, MS Project and Excel) and a basic understanding of vulnerability scanning solutions and networking tools.
Basic understanding of common risk & compliance frameworks, such as ISO 27000, NIST-800, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, etc.
Other quality control certifications, Six Sigma, ITIL, etc.
Ability to obtain a security clearance. Essential Functions
Manage daily assigned tasks and delivery activities for CRP team while meeting minimum on time reporting and activity execution rates while also meeting both internal/external SLA requirements.
Responsible for the setup and maintenance of assigned client profiles within the applicable platforms - includes but not limited to, Customer Relationship Management, project and activity tracking, and customer delivery portals and platforms.
Provision, configure and maintain various tools used in overall project tracking and reporting of the Telecommunication Cyber Risk Program and for assigned client base.
Perform tracking of tasks, reports, and activities and provide the required reporting to internal and external key stakeholders.
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor (Principal/Team Lead, Manager, Sr. Manager, etc.).
Ability to multitask between internal tasks, projects and time sensitive client related deliverables and tasks.
Education, Experience &Certification:
Minimum requirement of Associates Degree (in related field) with 4+ years' experience in project or program management related to networking, Information Technology, or Information Security, or a Bachelor's Degree (in related field) or 4+ years military experience in related specialty, with 2+ years' experience in project or program management related to networking, Information Technology, or Information Security
Valid Project Management Certification (APM, CPMP, PRINCE2, CompTIA Project+, CSM, CAPM, PMP) related to Networking, Information Technology, or Information Security.
