Requirements:
- Obtained Insurance License for Life & Health in Resident State (We can assist in licensing, if not)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms.
