About the Company

We are a leading printing company specializing in high-quality flexographic printing. We have recently expanded our operations and are seeking a skilled Flexographic Pressman to join our team. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with a 14-color Mark Andy P5 press, incorporating both Hot and Cold foil stamping capabilities.

Position Details

• Job Title: Flexographic Pressman


• Shift: 3rd Shift (10 PM - 6 AM) with a dollar shift differential


• Hourly Rate: $22-29 per hour, depending on experience


• Relocation Assistance: We offer relocation assistance for qualified candidates

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Mark Andy P5 press to ensure efficient and high-quality production.


• Set up and adjust the press, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and registration, for optimum print quality.


• Monitor and control the printing process to meet quality standards and customer specifications.


• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the press to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operation.


• Collaborate with the production team to meet production schedules and deadlines.


• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience operating similar flexographic presses, such as Comco, Nilpeter, Gallus, Aquaflex, Webtron, Allied, Arsoma, and Omet, is highly desirable.


• Strong knowledge of flexographic printing techniques, color matching, and press setup procedures.


• Familiarity with Hot and Cold foil stamping processes is a plus.


• Ability to read and interpret job orders, technical drawings, and specifications.


• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine press maintenance.


• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
