Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside leading attorneys to manage complex family law cases.
  • Gain hands-on experience drafting a variety of legal documents, including letters, pleadings, declarations, and briefs.
  • Participate in discovery processes by crafting and confer letters and persuasive motions.
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and the court through effective communication.
  • Prepare deposition outlines and exhibits to support success in evidentiary hearings and trials.
  • Enhance your legal skills through research and memorandum preparation.

Qualifications:


  • Active membership in the state bar, in good standing.
  • 3 years of family law experience is required; experience with high-profile cases is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex legal concepts, with strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative team setting.
