TEKsystems is building a team to create and implement policies and procedures based on data architecture blue-prints, issues such as MRA's SIAI's or RIAI's that are discovered across the whole organization. The organization has different policies and standards in place in different pockets so they want this to be the same and sustainable across the organization so everyone is on the same page. This team will be building and implementing these policies and standards. They will be engaged with SLT teams and they will be performing analysis, regulatory research, gap assessments, and issue management. People don't need to be super technical but need to be able to challenge risk issues within reason and be confident in presenting their findings.

The manager stated that they will need to have experience will all below so that they are prepared to present and work with the team to implement.

Skills: (all skills are from a risk and data governance perspective)

- Process improvement (Examples in experience listed below)

- LRR knowledge (not specific LRR's but someone who has worked with them before and has worked in a highly regulatory environment preferably a bank)

- Audit and regulatory requests, tracking, and reporting (can you work through what was identified and are you organized to keep track of metrics and provide

insight on what needs to be done to remediate the risks and present the findings)

- Data analysis (share point is a big plus here, need to have experience with MS office specifically excel to track, report, and analyze data for risks and present.)

- Control maintenance and issue management (need experience working with MRA/audits to implement controls/process improvements.)

- Excellent verbal and written communication. (when you are working in risk, you need to be able to challenge findings and work through risk to find a solution to

what is discovered and speak/present this information confidently.)

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

TEKsystems is seeking a strong candidate to support the governance function, including process/control maintenance, issue management, and metrics monitoring and reporting. Responsible for:

• Supporting analysis of current state alignment with Laws, Rules, and Regulations (LRRs) applicable to the financial industry.

• Supporting Issue writing and action plan development, along with tracking to defined milestones

• Creation and updating materials for management/governance routines and escalation updates as required

• Engaging with subject matter experts and stakeholders to proactively discuss and identify risks and continuous process improvements

• Providing additional support as needed for audit/regulatory requests, tracking, and reporting

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree required 5+ years financial industry experience required preferably with Finance, Tech or Data role

• Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks; works in a self-directed manner and takes a proactive approach to job responsibilities

• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work, manage complexity and deliver solutions on deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written skills

• Experience in performing data analysis tasks

• Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy as well as the ability to research issues and identify root cause and patterns.

• Collaboration and teamwork skills required

• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint

Desired Skills:

• Experience with Data Mgmt Policy and/or Standards; data background

• Risk/Controls experience
