The Growth and Integration Project Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and completion of various projects across the Novant Health Enterprises and Novant Health Medical Group. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, as the Project Coordinator will work closely with Integration project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project tasks are completed on time and within scope. Must have effective communication, relationship management and overall knowledge of system and departmental capabilities/functions. Qualifications:
Education: High School or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.

Experience: Minimum of three years of project experience, required. Minimum of five years of administrative or senior administrative experience, required. Healthcare Experience, preferred.

Additional skills required: Some knowledge or exposure of project management practices.

Good communication skills (written & verbal) both internally to the project team and to executives.

Good relationship management skills that include good listening and consultative abilities, as well as the ability to establish credible relationships with business partners to drive change.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio.

Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed for project assignments.

Additional Skills/Requirements (preferred): Prior experience managing parts of a project or small sized projects.
