We are looking for energetic, genuine, and diligent individuals with a passion for health and wellness to join our team as a full-time Wellness Specialist. Daily Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and provide assistance with all non-medical iCRYO services.

Conduct tours and educate guests on iCRYO services, sell Lifestyle Passes, and promote additional services.

Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, reviewing waivers, creating guest profiles, scheduling and managing reservations, answering calls and emails, and maintaining center cleanliness. Strong multitasking skills are essential.

Collaborate with the Manager to set expectations and goals, achieve daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, and identify and resolve issues. Additionally, you should be able to help the Manager and other team members individually as required.

Continuously learn about our products and services, work as a team with other employees, and maintain safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends for a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.

Strong time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask.
Relationship-oriented, motivated, and respectful, with a demonstrated ability to be coached by management.
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members, managers, and guests.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret various reports, including sales, marketing, and time management.
Mathematical skills to accurately complete required functions.
Understanding of sales goals and operations processes.
Proficiency in computer knowledge, including point-of-sale systems, intranet, Microsoft Office, and scheduling systems.
Ability to pass the iCRYO Cryotherapy Exam following initial training.
