Summary:
Regeneron is seeking a Senior Admin Coordinator for the Culture & Development (C&D) team in Human Resources. This role is responsible for the operations and support of programs designed to foster a diverse workforce, cultivate an inclusive culture and enhance employee engagement. The Senior Administrative Coordinator will play a key role in strengthening and operationalizing our companys culture & development strategy. The ideal candidate will work directly supporting the SVP, Talent Development, Culture & Innovation with all her calendar, events, travel and logistics and provide broad support to the C&D team to ensure that the departments priorities are executed.
As a Senior Administrative Coordinator on the C&D team, a typical day may include:
- Will work cross-functionally within the C&D team and business partners across many functions to drive outcomes, align C&D team calendars and support prioritized leadership and team activities.
- Lead support for the C&D team department budget management, including tracking and managing invoices, and ERG expenses etc
- Assist the team with C&D communications and reports, including invitations to events, newsletters, coordination and rollout of quarterly DEI newsletter
- Help the team with outside vendors and organizations on the facilitation of various diversity activation and projects
- Assisting with diversity conference registrations and sponsorships. Coordinate logistics for key virtual and in-person meetings, events, speakers and conferences
- Provide administrative support for DEI events, cross-ERG efforts, and external partner activations as needed and select C&D events across the company.
- Planning and coordination of events and logistics for Employee Resource meetings, including management of DEI distribution lists, RSVP tracking, and support of all of preparation
- Develop presentations, reports/spreadsheets and internal communications as needed
- Maintain team SharePoint site, folders, email alias, while regularly monitoring DEI mailbox and flagging when necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned and/or requested by the SVP.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred, as is two years experience supporting a dynamic organization, leadership team, or equivalent,. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
