Job description

Required Education & Expertise:

  • Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing and/or Communications

  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills

  • A proven track record of conceptual creative ability and judgment

  • The ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent PC skills (MS Office, Smartsheet, etc)

    This Marketing Professional works closely with and provides support to the NAM DX LS Marketing Managers on marketing programs and digital campaign strategy & execution. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent operational and project management skills, communications and writing skills, resourcefulness, passion, and the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization.

    Responsibilities:

    Manage operational tools including:

  • Owning the workflow for the Legal and Regulatory review tool- referencing and updating the reviewer matrix as needed

  • Loading approved content into internal platforms for sales enablement, marketing databases and print resources and auditing inventory quarterly

  • Managing the internal sharepoint team sites

  • Supporting campaign execution with project requests and workflows to internal teams such as creative services, email, web, search & social media

  • Working with internal teams to analyze and report on effectiveness of channels such as email databases & web engagements

  • Facilitating projects to vendors including creative agencies and media partners

  • Supporting digital activations by creating campaign briefs and requesting and implementing tracking URLs for all channels

  • Creating, publishing and maintaining sales enablement kits for campaigns

  • Supporting internal comms with announcements via email, sharepoint sites or monthly campaign calls

  • Create monthly & quarterly metric reports using dashboard tools

  • Partner with marketing managers to review and assess campaign strategies, execution and suggest new approaches
