Job description
The Director, Customer Marketing, will contribute to the financial success of Regeneron's Injection product and will report to the Executive Director, Marketing. This person will implement the approved Brand plan, and have primary responsibility to lead the development and implementation of the strategic and tactical plans/programs as it relates to customer specific marketing for large physician groups, key accounts and Academic Centers, for all FDA approved indications.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Work with insights and analytics, sales and market access, Ophthalmology account team to define key customer business strategy and develop go-to market strategy to customize promotional materials for each customer group.
Work with agency and cross-functionally to develop custom promotional content including visual aid.
Key point of contact for market access team.
Apply key insights through cross-functional approach with key customers.
Develop promotional materials which support our efforts to differentiate and reinforce our commitment to the ophthalmology commitment Regeneron with our key customers.
Ensuring that marketing processes and programs align with corporate guidance, as well as regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines.
Leading and providing development opportunities for direct reports.
Monitoring spending against budget and managing projects to agreed-upon timelines, budgets, and scope.
This role may be for you if:
Deep experience in developing customized promotional materials for key customers with a buy and bill brand.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in marketing of biologics, in a buy and bill environment. Retina / eyecare experience would be a plus
Demonstrated leadership and experience managing teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex strategies to stakeholders of all levels, including Senior Leaders, regardless of their technical background.
Ability to focus on execution and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment where quick decision making and clear direction is a must.
Organizational agility and the capability to reprioritize based on external or internal changes
Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently with team members, and across departments, to ensure consistency and collaboration in strategy development and implementation of programs.
Demonstrated competency in Agency management.
To be considered you must have a Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred. The ideal candidate must have a minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in biologics marketing and brand strategy development and execution in the life sciences. Ophthalmology (Retina), Oncology or Rheumatology experience preferred.

Salary Range (annually)
$180,400.00 - $300,700.00
