Position Summary:

The Global Product Manager - ANSI serves as a primary person responsible for the ANSI Pump products, which currently includes ANSI sealed and sealless (Mag Drive) products .

Position responsible for an annual revenue in excess of 200M

Essential Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

• Drive lifecycle performance and profitability (gross margin) of a set of product lines. Grow product line in new profitable applications, market segments, and geographies. Recommend and/or assist in the development and deployment of "go-to-market" plans for products in partnership with Sales including internal\external product training and marketing materials.
• Overall global responsibility for product / solution family performance and product family contribution to include development of business cases and final decisions around target cost basis, margins, pricing, major projects, regional market entry / exit, and overall strategic direction for the product line and solution
• Provide commercial, technical, supply chain and financial leadership for product line to drive sustainable, profitable share growth including SIOP forecasts and pricing optimization across both baseline and project business.
• Responsible for full global product lifecycle for the assigned product families including new product development plans, product enhancements, regional market\localization priorities, maintenance plans / aftermarket penetration, and product discontinuation
• Responsible for collaborating with aftermarket team to establish spare part pricing and adjusting as the product's position changes in the lifecycle
• Ensures continued line of business portfolio balance and alignment with strategic / financial objectives via collaboration with strategy team and business development leaders.
• Provide product management leadership for assigned product families while working alongside cross-functional teams for sales, marketing, operations, Global Supply Chain (GSC) and R&D

Position responsible for an annual revenue in excess of 200M

Product Category Oversight:

• Develop and maintain annual "Product Plan" for assigned category including quarterly portfolio analysis and implementation of action plans targeted to improve portfolio profitability
• Responsible for collaborating with Sales to establish order forecasts for the product / solution family and coordinating with production / PRO Shops to ensure optimized facility utilization on a global and regional basis

Market Insight:

• Focal point on market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence for the assigned product category
• Maintains a strong understanding of ITT's markets, customer needs and competitive offerings

Collaborative Leadership:

• Cross-functional leadership entailing prioritizing of production, marketing, engineering, and operations resources; and design and management of key business metrics
• Develop, mentor, and guide junior employees, including succession planning for the product category

We seek candidates that hold competencies in strategic thinking, people leadership, product knowledge, business acumen, market knowledge, cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates must show proven success\growth in product family revenue, product family margins, market share, on-time performance.

Position Requirements:
Desired Experience:

• Experience in rotating equipment industry and manufacturing is preferable
• International experience is a plus

Education:

• Bachelors's in Engineering or Business
• Masters or MBA is a plus

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.

Equal Pay Act Range:
Annual Salary Range $110,700 to $165,500 Plus Benefits and Incentive Plans.
