The Civil Project Manager oversees all earthwork, utilities, sitework, sewer, concrete, etc. of new, ground-up construction development. The civil project manager will manage subcontractors and communicate to their team, clients, and appropriate parties

Description

Our client is seeking a Civil Project Manager in Rochester, NY to join their growing team. The Project Manager will help consistently deliver projects on time, on budget and that exceed client expectations. This civil contractor provides their team with the necessary support and resources to excel in their role and make sure all projects are completed to the highest standard. The Project Manager directly supervises field labor force, including subcontractors and laborers/craft workers. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills.

Profile

  • 5+ years as a Civil Project Manager
  • Retail ground-up development experience
  • OSHA certification (preferred)
  • Active driver's license
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in all facets of civil construction: earthwork, utilities, excavation, sitework, grading, sewer, etc.
