Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Global Payroll Operations Specialist opening for our client in Rye Brook, NY.

Location: Rye Brook, NY-onsite
Duration: 12 months

Duties:

Project Management:

Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets for assigned service projects.

Manage project scope, identifying potential risks and formulating mitigation strategies.

Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Service Delivery:

Oversee quality control measures to ensure service standards are met throughout the project.

Troubleshoot issues during service delivery, providing effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

Communicate project updates and progress regularly to clients, addressing any concerns promptly.

Conduct post-project reviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Operational Efficiency:

Identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize service delivery.

Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

Analyze service data to identify trends and inform future project planning.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations and industry standards.

Proactively recommend and ensure the adoption of SOPs to manage risks associated with service delivery.

Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in global payroll operations and transformation.

Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions effectively.

Experience:

Proven experience in managing complex projects in a global, transforming organization.

Demonstrated success in achieving outcomes such as comprehensive automation and improved operational efficiency.

Prior experience in service delivery, operational efficiency, compliance, and risk management.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Professional certifications in project management or payroll operations are a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Must be available for a flexible work schedule that may include early mornings or late evenings to interface with global teams.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
