Job description

Seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful individual with strong customer service skills to join our clients reception team. This role offers the opportunity to work in an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging environment.

Client Details

A global investment and technology development firm. Our client specializes in a wide range of complex financial strategies, including quantitative trading, private equity, and venture capital.

Description

  • Handle general receptionist duties, including greeting and assisting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Serve as a liaison with both internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

  • Diligent individuals with excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Two years of experience in reception, restaurant, hospitality, retail, or concierge roles is preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree and strong attention to detail are desirable.
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, is a plus.
  • Experience in a corporate setting is preferred but not required.
