Job Description
Must-Have
(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) 7+yrs in Salesforce development, Technical Design and Implementation
- Technical Hands-on knowledge in Lightning Aura, Lightning web component Design and Development
- Depth in Salesforce APEX development
- Deployments (using SFDX & VSCODE GITHUB tool)
- Salesforce Integration Experience (both designing and hands on development)

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Liaise directly with Business users to understand, analyse, develop and implement the business requirements
2 Work closely with business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and a variety of IT and business stakeholders.
3 End to end ownership of enhancements, support related requests and incidents including UAT coordination and change implementation activities.
4 Participate in design review discussions as appropriate and collaborate to collectively make design decisions
5 Participate in Agile ceremonies including but not limited to sprint Planning, Daily standup, Story Review session and be accountable for estimates and timely delivery
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
" Lead all technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and / or customizations including systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom Lighting development
" Provide technical leadership, setting best practices (e.g., integration and application development, deployment, testing, iterative refinement) to the offshore senior and junior developers
" Provide the necessary guidance to estimate user stories
" Clarify any ambiguity with the user story requirements and baseline the estimation
" Deliver Field Service Lightning application architecture and guide development, integration, distributed data management, and application testing teams.
" Collaborate with other technical and non-technical team members, clients, and vendors to define, build, and deliver solutions.
" Design and delivery of Salesforce engagements for customers
" Understand challenges faced by the customer s Field Service teams and provide solution using Salesforce & FSL product features and capabilities, and Industry best practices.
" Working with customers to analyze and resolve Salesforce and FSL product related issues/requirements
" Participate in the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment
" Design and develop solutions that best leverage the Salesforce FSL features to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, business requirements and customer goals
" Participate in technical design discussions, develop technical solution documentation that is aligned with business objectives.
" Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of FSL implementation.
" Analyze application and system problems and incidents; develop recommendations and solutions for those problems, implement those solutions, and provide communications on the associated actions, business impacts, and results.
