Job Description:
Senior Project Coordinator, Residential Resources
We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to assist in leading the allocation of MSK's residential resources to support the housing needs of its research and clinical staff and trainees.
Role Overview:
Act as first-line support for customers and administrative staff; stand in for manager as needed.
Oversee all administrative functions as regards allocation of residential resources to various eligible staff and trainees.
Act as liaison for department between residents and external points of contact including, but not limited to, brokers, condo partners, Institutional recruiting entities, etc.
Lead projects to develop and implement tools to improve customer experience and optimize workflow.
Building Safety Compliance - liaising with external vendor and on-site staff to coordinate compliance efforts.
Building Standardization of Capital Portfolio - work with MSK Design to establish furniture standards for common spaces and Unifier capital project facilitation.
Key Qualifications:
4-7 years of relevant project management & administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Real estate experience a plus.
Experience leading Teams is helpful.
Core Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong prioritization and attention to detail.
Recognized interpersonal and organizational skills.
Confident and effective working with diverse stakeholders, to include MSK leadership.
The ability to be dedicated, work independently, and use good judgment.
Additional Information:
Location: 303 E. 60th Street, in NYC
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 9 am - 5 pm; Hybrid - 2 days on-site, 3 days remote following a successful training period.
Reporting to the Manager, Residential Resource
Pay Range: $73,900 - $114,400/annually
