Responsibilities:
About the Role:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Regional Manager to oversee the performance and management of New York City Luxury condominium properties within the assigned region. Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, you will be the primary interface between boards, ownership, and senior leadership, ensuring each site meets high standards in operations, resident relations, and financial oversight. In this role, you'll provide leadership in compliance with company policies, Equal Employment Opportunity regulations, Fair Housing, and Human Rights statutes.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management
Oversee cost control and budgeting, including budget variance reports and financial accuracy.
Manage and optimize ancillary income, approve expenses up to designated thresholds, and collaborate on board packages.
Administrative Oversight
Ensure compliance with regulatory programs and manage owner resale, sub-lease, and alteration processes.
Directly collaborate with the Executive Vice President and other teams to achieve property goals.
Resident Relations
Cultivate strong resident relations, oversee service standards by analyzing feedback, and drive continuous improvements.
Hiring & Staffing
Recruit and maintain a dedicated team at each site, ensuring adherence to hiring and regulatory standards.
Support employee engagement and staff development and implement progressive performance expectations.
Regional Operations & Compliance
Ensure regional administrative consistency and compliance with state licensing and internal procedures.
Foster collaboration with support services to enhance site operations.
Site Control & Maintenance
Develop and enforce site control, safety, and security programs.
Oversee maintenance and capital improvements and manage RFP processes for strategic maintenance contracts.
Board Relations
Regularly communicate with Boards on performance and collaborate on goals for building management, long-term strategy, and financial health.
Schedule and prepare materials for monthly and annual board meetings, providing insights on potential improvements.
Compensation: $175,000 - $200,000 + Discretionary bonus

Qualifications:
6-7 years of property management experience with condos, co-ops, and HOAs.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field.
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with a focus on maintaining high standards and compliance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial management, with experience in budget monitoring being advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to dynamic environments, and be available for off-hours emergencies.
