Job description

Virtual Enterprises International (VE) is seeking a dynamic and organized Program Manager to oversee the implementation of national and regional programs, events, and competitions. This role involves providing ongoing support to teachers, students, and school partners, while ensuring the smooth operation of educational programs. The Program Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver high-quality resources, manage events, and drive program success across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Operations:

Provide technical and program support to teachers, students, and partners.

Assist in the start-up operations of new VE programs.

Manage program communications and feedback surveys.

Update and maintain program resources, such as guides and instructional materials.

National and Regional Competitions and Events:

Oversee and manage the planning and execution of national competitions and events.

Coordinate logistics for live and virtual competitions, including national, regional, and local rounds.

Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth event operations.

Support judge registration, scoring, and data collection for competitions.

Support the planning and execution of the Youth Business Summit and other major events.

Program Support:

Collaborate with regional teams to support events, conferences, and workshops.

Provide guidance and resources to ensure consistent program delivery across regions.

Identify best practices and support continuous improvement of VE programs.

Collect and analyze feedback from participants to improve program outcomes.

Event Coordination:

Assist with event logistics, including venue and vendor coordination, contracts, and supplies.

Ensure proper registration and compliance with insurance requirements for events.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field.

Experience in program or event management, preferably in education or nonprofit sectors.

Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.

Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for project management.

Experience in data analysis and reporting is a plus.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 per annum
