My client is seeking an HR Consultant to join the team

Client Details

My client is a prestigious bank with a global presence, provides a comprehensive range of financial services to their customers.

Description

  • Assisting in performance management processes, communicating with employees and other stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records (soft and hard copies).
  • Conduct various reports including annual report, meeting minutes, proposal in Chinese and English
  • Other ad hoc projects, organize paperwork and other misc files

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree or above with major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or other related fields of study
  • 0-3 years of corporate HR experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and writing skills are required along with solid organizational skills, attention to details, commitment to deadlines, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially excel
  • Bilingual in Chinese (Mandarin) and English
  • Accounting and budget management background is preferred
