JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Executive Assistant to Chief Legal & Risk Officer
Mode: temporary for about 4 months covering a leave
Dates: Need identified candidate to start ASAP (of the finalists for the CEO role, they will be considering silver medalist, if there is one)
Location: HYBRID NYC (corporate location: 250 Vesey Street) Tues/Weds and remote the remaining.
Team: Legal & Risk and will collaborate with Bonnie Ackerman, Director of Special Projects.
Profile: The very best of the best must have a minimum of 5 years, recent experience supporting a C-level executive(s). Have a knack for anticipating needs and curating a great day for their executive by accurate planning and consideration of needs, etc. Must be proactive, diligent and a stellar communicator with strong MSOffice (all applications) with exceptional scheduling skills. We need to see proven performance with a strong track record.
Budget/Rates: There is flexible budget here, per say, as we want to invite the very best please share options within reason of commensurate pay history my guess is that we will see candidates in the range, but please share best options.
Process: Submit meaningful comments that are relative to the need and profile along with LI - Initial .5 video session with Bonnie Ackerman > .15 with Peter Schwartz, Chief Legal & Risk Officer.

In this role, you will:
Provide administrative support to Risk Management Division Leadership (80%)
Manage the calendar of the Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel, as well as the Deputy General Counsel
Schedule and plan all division-wide activities
Schedule and plan convenings with external General Counsels
Manage expenses for the Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel and the Division
Manage travel details for the Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel
Ensure seamless execution of division-wide in-person, hybrid, or remote events, and help to prepare PowerPoint and other presentations
Assist with staff engagement initiatives
Maintain and update divisional records, such as the org chart and distribution lists
Support special projects that lead to division-wide impact Risk Management (20%)
Support the Chief Risk Officer and General Counsel on special projects as needed.
