We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Description

  • Manage the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards
  • Oversee subcontractor activities, procurement, and project logistics
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality
  • Resolve any project-related issues and mitigate risks
  • Communicate project status to clients and stakeholders

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Proven track record of managing commercial projects from start to finish
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
  • Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
  • PMP certification is a plus
