Job Description:
Exciting opportunity at MSK: Join our team as a Clinical Research Associate! We're looking for a dynamic clinical research professional to take on protocol management for clinical trials.
Role Overview:
Main point of contact for all research portfolio activities.
Maintain real-time knowledge of research protocols.
Critical facilitator for a multidisciplinary team encompassing data and patient management, as well as regulatory oversight.
Effectively communicate the overall study progress to various internal and/or external partners, and identify study trends, and build/implement solutions.
Perform diverse research-related functions using good judgment and outstanding organizational skills.
Key Qualifications:
1-2 years of clinical research experience.
EPIC knowledge is a plus.
Core Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products and other software programs for database management/queries, generating reports, and developing graphics.
Knowledge of clinical research data collection processes in accordance with GCP.
Ability to anticipate and prioritize work to meet commitments of multiple partners.
Partnership building and working collaboratively to influence others to meet shared objectives and goals.
Proactive, with focus on process improvement and ability to independently identify solutions that anticipate needs.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm and dedication to MSK's vision, mission and values.
Additional Information:
Schedule: Hybrid, full time; on average 2-3 days onsite per week
Location: NYC
Reporting to the Clinical Research Supervisor
Commitment for at least 2 years
Pay Range: $60,000 - $93,100
