Job description

Responsible for the planning and implementation of all aspects of Executive Order 21 and the related laws, which when enacted on October 31, 2017, will prohibit all employers in the City of New York (e.g., NYC Health + Hospitals) from inquiring about and relying on job applicants' salary histories when determining their proposed salaries, benefits, or other compensation.
