Client Details

NYC (3 days on-site) based law firm is looking for a Benefits Analyst to join their fast-paced Human Resources team. Salary is $95K-105K + great benefits.



Description

  • Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, etc.
  • Ensure compliance requirements are being met.
  • Manage the annual open enrollment process, including communication plans, employee education, and enrollment system administration.
  • Communicate with benefits vendors and brokers.

Profile

  • Excited to be on-site 3 days a week.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Benefits Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and payroll systems such as, Workday, UltiPro, ADP.
  • Familiar with major benefit laws and regulations, including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA and Health Care Reform.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word; with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Offer

  • The salary range is $95,000 - $105,00.
  • This is a permanent role based in NYC, and the firm is operating on a 3 days on-site/2 from home schedule.
