Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Benefits Administrator (Health & Welfare) for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Insurance clients in New York, NY, Stamford, CT, Holmdel, NJ, or Bethlehem, PA .

Responsibilities :

  • This role will support the Health, Welfare and Wellness team with the administration of benefit programs, manage logistics for benefit events, and respond to colleague inquiries regarding benefit programs.
Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel and Word (proficiency in MS PowerPoint a plus)
  • Experience with Workday benefits administration systems a plus, but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills; ability to research, follow up and resolve complex issues
  • Good interpersonal skills; strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
  • Ability to work independently and on a team
