We are actively looking for an Associate Special Projects to join our CEO Office. This team collaborates with various internal stakeholders to define the overarching strategy of EFG. Their role involves working closely with key decision-makers to outline the company's strategic direction and assisting in the execution of key strategic initiatives.

As an Associate Special Projects you will report directly to our VP Corporate Strategy. The ideal candidate will be based in either New York City or London, although remote work in the US (ET time zone) or EU (CET time zone +/- 1 hour) is possible.
What you'll do:
Support the global leadership team in strategic projects, e.g. organizational, transformational, and operational work.
Help evaluate new business opportunities and create "investment cases" with detailed financial modeling and presentations
Generate competitive intelligence with a focus on short/long-term trends
Translate strategies into actionable and quantitative plans, create business reviews
Communicate strategies across functional and business units-act as a general liaison between the CEO office and broader company
Work closely with the CEO office and relevant stakeholders on key business lines and KPIs
Assume responsibility for the reporting to our shareholders, e.g. writing monthly and quarterly reports, organize and create documentation for board meetings
Organize and coordinate weekly leadership meetings, along with helping to organize key CEO initiatives including large-scale gatherings, off-sites, and events
Assist the CEO office with various administrative duties
Requirements
What you need:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Master's degree and/or MBA a plus
Demonstrated prior work experience in a competitive environment (investment banking, private equity, consulting, corporate M&A)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
Strong analytical and communication skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent understanding of and passion for the gaming and esports industry would be a plus
Advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Fluent in English, second language a plus

US Applicants: The pay for this position is anticipated to have a base salary range of $60,000 to $85,000. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
