About the role:
Carbyne's Administrator Assistant is responsible for helping with events and administrative tasks. They will be the ones helping with events-related coordination including shipments, tracking packages, and more.
Here's what you'll be working on:
Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate events, meetings, and conferences.
Manage event calendars, schedules, and timelines to ensure all details are organized and tasks are completed on time.
Handle logistics such as venue bookings, catering arrangements, and vendor coordination.
Communicate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to provide event updates and respond to inquiries.
Prepare event materials, including signage, agendas, name badges, and other related documents.
Track and manage event budgets, invoices, and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
Support on-site event management, including registration, guest assistance, and post-event wrap-up.
Maintain accurate records of event data, feedback, and follow-up activities.
Perform general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, taking notes, and organizing files.
Ability to label and tag items, physically move or lift boxes, and ensure they are shipped to appropriate locations for various events.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects on time and budget
Proficient time-management skills, detail-oriented, and excel in the planning and execution of events.
Team player
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work 2 days a week from our NYC office.

The pay range for this position in New York City is $18 - $25 per hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
