What You'll Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads. Your work will play a vital role in supporting our administrative team and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrative Assistant:
Provide administrative support to senior executives and department heads, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangementsAssist with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and special events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and invoice processing
Prepare and distribute communications to internal staff and external partners
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

What You'll Bring:
Qualifications of an Administrative Assistant:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a corporate or healthcare setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
