Latham Medical Group is looking for an enthusiastic LPN to join their amazing team! This is a large family practice located in our new building Wellness Way. This position will give you the opportunity to work alongside Behavioral Health Consultants, Clinical Pharmacists, Certified Diabetes Educators, and Population Health Specialists. There are opportunities available for clinical training and education! The hours available are daytime Monday- Friday; 8:00AM-4:30PM. No weekends! No holidays! This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 recruitment and retention bonus Responsibilities: Administer and record vaccines. Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate. Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner. Maintain timely patient flow. Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements. Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider. Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system. Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations) Process patient prescriptions. Annual salary range: $21.75 - $31.00 CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
