The Inventory Clerk will: Utilize Maximo to monitor and maintain onsite inventory of parts and supplies. Perform inventory cycle counts and other physical inventory counts as directed. Receives, unpacks, and delivers/stocks parts & supplies. May reconcile shipments & inventory to ensure order accuracy. Identify material in storage that is not on record. Perform in-depth searches for material that is in storage but not in its specified location. Create and update inventory barcodes. Identify material by part number, national stock number, or other identifying characteristic, including local tagging to identify specific units. Perform occasional identification by serial number. Skills & Requirements Experience & Education: Familiarity with Maximo Must have good understanding of inventory and receiving processes and methodologies. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. High School Diploma plus 3 years' experience. Ability to pass federal background investigation. Qualifications Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
