Construction Trades Staffing is seeking a dedicated and experienced Asphalt Lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing and executing various asphalt projects. This position requires a strong leader who possesses a deep understanding of asphalt materials, paving techniques, and equipment operations. As an Asphalt Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety protocols. Your leadership will guide a team of skilled laborers and operators in performing tasks such as asphalt production, laying, and maintenance. In addition to hands-on work, you will be involved in project planning, estimating materials and labor, and coordinating with other construction professionals to ensure project timelines are met. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of asphalt materials, paving techniques, and equipment operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately.

  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to job sites as required.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
