Job Summary

At Diversified, we come together as a team each day in our Parsippany office to serve the company's mission of helping Americans plan for better days ahead. This is a temporary employment opportunity for outgoing, friendly, and hard-working individuals.

Primary Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments for our field representatives with clients.
• Meet daily call volume and appointment goals.
• Follow company-provided verbiage when engaging with customers.

Primary Skills & Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing and friendly personality.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
