Job Title: Associate Logistics Technician - 1st Shift Reporting To: Leader, Performance Work Schedule: Onsite - Buffalo, NY Our team in Military Aircraft Group is looking for an Associate Logistics Tech to join their team. This position will have an onsite work schedule and report directly to the department Performance Leader. To be considered for this role, here's what you'll need to bring with you: A High School Diploma or equivalent A background in shipping and receiving is preferred. As an Associates Logistics Tech, you will: Package and prepare products for shipment per written and/or verbal instructions; includes coordination and scheduling delivery with trucking companies. Ensure the cleanliness of parts prior to packaging. Receive products and materials from vendors, customers, and subsidiaries. Occasionally be asked to drive and/or deliver parts from one plant/building to another. Ensure proper labeling and packaging to comply with contractual requirements, appropriate documentation completion before and after shipments. Maintain traceability of materials, including verifying that material matches vendor documentation and marking materials with trace numbers. Material movement throughout the shop Inventory stocking. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
