We are currently seeking a dedicated contracted In-Home Living Support Provider who is caring, honest, patient, a role model, has excellent listening and communication skills, and will advocate for and encourage their client to reach their life goals to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving the well-being of our clients.

As an independent contractor, you will provide a home for our client and deliver healthcare services. Depending on individual abilities, Providers will assist with personal care, meal planning and preparation, medical appointments, community activities, safety skills, shopping and more. Providers may continue to work a full-time or part-time job while their clients are out in the community or receiving another service from another provider. Providers can also stay home and care for their clients full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to clients at least 4 hours a day in the community or at home
  • Maintain accurate records about services provided for billing
  • Provide transportation and supervision to and from appointments and activities
  • Model appropriate behaviors
  • Help individual maintain a healthy lifestyle
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards, including being up to date with training.

Qualifications:
  • At least one years of experience working with an individual with disability or as a caregiver
  • Must be able to pass a background check/screening successfully
  • Valid identification such as driver's license
  • An open room for our client
  • At least 21 years of age

Pay:
Roughly 4,000 a month
The funds received are a government stipend and are tax-exempt, as they are considered a hardship of care payment rather than income. For further clarification, please refer to Internal Revenue Bulletin: 2014-4, Notice 2014-7 or IRS - Certain Medicaid Waiver Payments.
