HOW WILL YOU MAKE CHANGE HAPPEN

Working on a MES transformation for our state government Human Service Department (HSD) client, we will ensure that the modules implemented are sufficiently tested, including end-to-end regression testing, so the state obtains CMS certification and the corresponding enhanced federal financial participation (90-70% matching funds).

Automated testing will provide HSD the tools and capacity to support adequately testing all modules, which will help HSD demonstrate compliance with CMS certification requirements.

YOU WILL:

• Your primary accountability will be that all user expectations are captured, monitored and met.

• Review test cases and scripts to ensure all dimensions of user requirements, user journeys and expectations are met.

• Develop test cases for automation by Automation Engineers.

• Responsible for alignment of testing with business goals, performs strategic planning of testing, engages with stakeholders, provides business requirements guidance and definition, monitors metrics and KPIs, ensures regulatory compliance.

• Coordinate with CMS Certification lead to align with and support certification activities from a testing perspective.

• Automated testing experience including end-to-end regression testing in a Medicaid environment
