Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Nurse Job Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 4 days a week, 10-hour varied shifts, with on-call requirements Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Cardiac Cath Lab License: RN Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Active Scrub Tech Certification Must-Have: - Active RN License - Minimum 2 years of current experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab - Successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment - Detailed knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, disease processes, and interventional technology Job Description: - Perform responsibilities related to Adult Cardiac Catheterization, Cardiac Devices, Electrophysiology, and Structural Heart procedures - Ensure complete and accurate documentation and maintain medication, charge, and reporting accuracy - Respond to and provide emergent care - Perform administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, ensuring equipment maintenance, and lab cleanliness - Prepare procedure rooms and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations - Float within the facility and alternate locations within 20 miles of the assigned location as required - Partake in on-call duties during weekdays, weekends, and holidays - Complete orientation, including EPIC training Additional Information: - Orientation will not exceed 40 hours in the first week of the contract - Scrubs are required
